1. What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is very simple:

No refunds on 7 day trial licenses.

No refunds for protection services.

No refunds if your license was terminated for misuse.

Refunds can be made only for 1 year license during refunds period (24 hours after purchase).

2. On how many computers I can use one license?

You can use one license one computer, if you want to run the bot on more than 1 computer please buy more licenses.

Please do not use one license on more than 1 computer, because your license will be terminated if you do so.

3. Why I do not see License email from Bestmacros?

License email is always sent to your PAYPAL email, so please verify all PAYPAL email folders (Deleted items, Spam, Inbox, Personal labeled folders). Please note that license generation may take up to 3 hours.

4. I need special custom web automation software, can you do it for me?

Yes we can, use our contact form and we’ll be happy to help you.

5. Do you support different User interface languages?

All our scripts and bots by default will work on English (US) user interfaces .

6. Can I become your affiliate and promote your great products?

7. What is Ubot?

Ubot is development platform that we use to create windows application web automation bots. It is much more powerful than iMacros and it can be run by simple double-click as any other windows software.

8. What kind of proxy do you support?

Most of our windows bots support public and private HTTP proxies, as well as socks4/5 proxies.

9. I can’t input any data in my windows bot, what should I do?

10. What is you support and delivery terms?

  • We provide full technical support for our valued customers after each purchase.
  • Handling/testing and fixing may take up to 3 days, so please be patient.
  • We do our best effort to provide robust working script/bot as soon as possible.
  • Please note, that you can contact us if you need immediate help.
  • All our scripts/bots will work until any change on target website or service.

11. How can I get the latest version of the software I have?

  • To update your software with latest version all you need to do is to buy trial version of the bot – this way you get most updated version and additional trial license, which you can use on other computer or give to your friend to try the software. Download link with latest version of the software will appear in your Jvzoo account.
  • Or you can use Download software menu to choose the latest version of the software you need

12. My bot/script does not work, what should I do?

  • Use Jing to record a video with problem.
  • Send us video/link with problem description using contact us form.
  • Make sure problem appear in your video.
  • We will review the problem and will try to fix it as soon as possible.

13. Why I’m started to get error saying that my license is expired?

  • Full license will expire after a year and you will need to buy a new license, if you want to continue to use the software.

14. Do you provide good proxies?

15. My bot is not opened or stuck in “Loading” state, what should I do?

Something on your computer or on your network is blocking the bot.
Check antivirus, firewall and windows defender – disabling antivirus/firewall/defender is not enough !
You need to unblock the bot and whitelist it to prevent blocking again.
